Catherine has over 20 years’ experience in marketing, including digital marketing, social media, lead generation, advertising & PR across both the UK and Europe.  Cath heads up the engine room of effloresce ensuring everything is delivered on time, accurately and to budget.

Her background spans a variety of industries including retail, leisure & hospitality, telecoms, IT and health services. Catherine’s diverse European marketing experience and attention to detail is an asset to both effloresce and our clients.   Backed by a team of creatives and online technology experts, she ensures that the marketing plans developed by effloresce are in line with our clients’ lead generation and sales objectives.

Justine is a valuable asset to effloresce; with her passion and determination to succeed, she has an innate ability to multi-task a variety of priorities.   An articulate communicator, Justine is a gifted copywriter and can quickly understand the audience her articles need to engage with.

Justine’s specialisms include:

Elaine Bradford Account Executive

With over 20 years of experience, Elaine has worked with various organisations, including Blue Chip companies and SMEs across many industries.  Elaine has worked within Marketing Communications, Events Management as well as at a consultant level advising on best practice in Marketing Departments and helping bridge the gap between marketing plans and sales enablement.

Elaine has for the past couple of years been running her own company that helps develop very effective marketing strategies which are process driven to ensure that the companies working with her can effectively realise their goals.

Elaine is very friendly and outgoing.  Her abiding principle is that if someone says it can’t be done, she finds a way!  She very much believes in the principle that people buy people and although sometimes, as consultants, we have to be a critical friend, she believes that we should always be here to help, guide and ensure you reach your potential as a business.
